Gilgal Assisted Living LLC is a licensed, family-owned, and locally operated assisted living facility in Grand Prairie, Texas. Gilgal Assisted Living is named after a biblical word that means, “a place where God rolled away the reproach” from the bible verse, Joshua 5:9.
Our humble assisted living home is owned and operated by a married nurse couple who have been in the business of caring for patients and families for many years. Caring is an inbuilt passion in them besides being Nurses. The knowledge and experience they have acquired in taking care of patients as Director of Nursing at Guarding Care Center Fort Worth Texas, and from working as an Intensive Care Nurse at Methodist Hospital Dallas and Charge Nurse at Acute Care Unit have equipped them to provide compassionate and excellent care. They love caring for people and ensure that the residents in their care are treated with dignity, kindness, respect, and compassion. They love what they do and are fully committed to it. This commitment is also lined up with their faith in God.
Our facility is located in an affluent and quiet neighborhood near Hwy 360 and 120 in Grand Prairie, and just a few minutes from shopping centers, restaurants, and other establishments. Our lovely home has a high staffing ratio that provides close attention to the safety, care, and support of our residents.
The focus of our facility is to provide opportunities for our seniors who don’t have options to stay in their own homes. We seek to help them continue life and spend their retirement years in a comfortable and relaxing environment that values their dignity, independence, and self-worth.
